Delightful, unique four bedroomed cottage set within mature gardens in open countryside but only two minutes drive to the main B3314 Wadebridge to Rock road.

`The Chubbs' is situated in a quiet and secluded spot near the south facing bank of the River Camel, with Rock only 3 miles away, renowned for sailing and its foot ferry to Padstow. Polzeath, well known for surfing and its sandy blue flag beach, is only 4 miles away. Daymer Bay is a favourite with young children with its shallow bay. This beach is also popular with wind-surfers.

The old market town of Wadebridge lies 3 miles to the South, the centre point of the camel trail, bicycle route. This popular attraction will take you along the old railway line to Padstow where you can stop off for some of Rick Stein's famous fish and chips, or along the beautiful trail to Bodmin through beautiful woodland scenery. Bicycles can be hired at the beginning of the cycle trail.
